DASH Installation

There are different installation instructions depending on the file downloaded. The name of the download file will determine which installation steps to follow.

• Multi-DB Installation , use this link if you downloaded DASHv2.0_Multi-DB.zip

• MySQL Installation , use this link if you downloaded DASHv2.0_MySQL.zip

Instructions for Simple Derby Installation

We have a fully configured installation available if you wish to use Apache Derby. Derby is a java runtime database that loads when DASH is started. This process requires several small configuration changes only. It is the simpliest way to evaluate the product. If you decide to purchase DASH - we recommend re-downloading one of the previous versions to be used in a production environment. Use this set of instructions if you downloaded the DASHv2.0_Derby.zip file.
